Pricing and payments
The price of each product is per person, unless otherwise specified. Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a booking has been made by a customer.
When you make a booking, Love and London collects your payment information and processes your payment on behalf of the supplier. Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a booking. The payee will be listed as Love and London on your card statement.
The value of your booking may be subject to taxes, duties, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees. Your bank or payment card company may convert the payment into the local currency and may charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed through the Platform, and the final amount charged to you. Please check this with your bank if you have any questions about this.
If a payment bounces, the booking will be cancelled.
Cancellations by customer
Each activity has its own cancellation policy. Please be sure to verify which one is applicable to your chosen experience prior to booking. This information can be found under the Cancellation Policy section of each Experience information page. If you have an existing booking, you can verify the applicable cancellation policy by checking the Cancellation Policy section in your confirmation email.
Cancellations by a supplier
Occasionally a Supplier may make a change to a Product after your purchase, including but not limited to the date, price, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, and/or any other Product features and/or requirements. As a result, Love and London acting on the Supplier’s behalf, reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any Product that you have purchased, at any time, for any reason. If the change proposed by the Supplier is material (for example, a change in dates and/or a significant change to the itinerary), and you are dissatisfied with the alternative that is offered, you will of course be entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price.
Limitation of Liability
The suppliers are independent contractors and not agents or employees of any of Love and London. Love and London is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence or misconduct of any such suppliers or for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom or otherwise arising from any booking or use of a product. Love and London have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
By booking through our platform, you agree to defend and indemnify Love and London (Dante Media Ltd.) from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, suits, proceedings, investigations, losses, damages, fines, penalties, fees, expenses, costs and any other liabilities of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or related to: your breach of these terms and conditions, your violation of any law, rule, regulation or guideline, your violation, infringement or misappropriation of the rights of a third party, including without limitation any rights of publicity or privacy, your use of our services, your booking or use of any product or your negligence or willful misconduct.
Customers should take precautions during activities to stay safe and healthy.
If you have any complaints about the product and/ or the service either from Love and London or any of our suppliers, you can get in touch via email through firstname.lastname@example.org. We will aim to respond to your issue within one business day and work to find a suitable solution for all parties involved.
Customer special requests
If any special requests are to be made please get in touch a week before tour departure at email@example.com. We cannot accommodate every request but we will do our best to help.
Code of conduct
We expect all customers to behave in a way that is respectful to all tour guides and other customers in the group, allowing guides to do their job and other customers to enjoy their own experience. Guides reserve the right to remove customers from experiences if they are negatively affecting it. This includes if customers are under the influence of drugs or alcohol (when not a part of the experience). Refunds will not be given with a breach of the code of conduct.
Love and London will collect customer data that is relevant to bookings and execution of booked experiences. Select data will be shared with suppliers in order to deliver their product effectively. By booking with us you agree to receive relevant emails and communications from Love and London.
