We work with small independent tour companies that take you to unusual places in London.

Jess isn’t a trained tour guide, but we might add some tours and experiences where you’ll get the chance to meet her.You look for tours or experiences that mention ‘with Jess’ in the listing.

We aim to list as many tours and experiences that are wheelchair accessible as possible. We detail which ones are wheelchair-friendly on each experience’s info page. If you have any questions about, just get in touch via email at tours@loveandlondon.com.

We’re all about saving trees, so no print out necessary 🌲 You can show your guide your confirmation email on your phone.

All our tours and experiences are accessible through public transportation. Please check your confirmation email for the exact location to meet your guide or join your booked experience. Unfortunately, we do not offer any hotel pick-ups.

Please ensure you show up 10 min in advance of the start time of your tour or experience.

Unfortunately when you are a no show or you turn up late, we can’t offer a refund or an alternative date. If you’ve booked something that takes place in one venue, there shouldn’t be an issue to arrive a bit later unless otherwise mentioned in the tour or experience description.

Unfortunately you will need to book through our platform in order to join a tour or experience.

It varies per experience, so make sure to check the cancellation policy in your confirmation email or on the info page before you book.
